Health Consultation

Our health consultations are one-on-one meetings with Jenny. The initial consultation lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, during which your health history, medications, supplements/complementary treatments, diet, lifestyle, and symptoms with which you struggle are discussed. as well as your personal health goals. You two will then work on developing a plan of action, based on scientific data, to get you started on reaching your goals.

Follow-up Consultations

Follow-up consultations last between 30 and 60 minutes. During this time you can speak with Jenny about any portion of your MS journey: progress towards accomplishing your goals, changes in goals, new or continued MS symptoms, or develop a more detailed plan to continue moving towards your health goals.
